The standby pilot ensures quick ignition, while the front oil collector simplifies cleanup. Constructed with a stainless-steel front and sides, adjustable stainless legs, and a Maxitrol gas regulator, this model is built for daily commercial use.
The field-convertible gas system enables operation with either natural gas or propane, providing versatility for any kitchen setup.
