The Hurakan HKN‑CBG24H Gas Countertop Charbroiler is a heavy‑duty, high‑capacity unit engineered for demanding commercial kitchens. Equipped with two U‑shaped cast‑iron burners delivering 30,000 BTU/hr each (60,000 BTU total), it provides consistent heat across a deeper front‑to‑back cooking surface designed for higher output.
Featuring manual controls, a standby pilot for quick ignition, and reversible cast‑iron grates, this charbroiler adapts easily to a wide range of cooking applications. The larger front oil collector supports extended cooking cycles, while the reinforced chassis enhances durability during continuous operation.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, galvanized sides and back, adjustable heavy‑duty legs, and a reinforced internal frame, the CBG24H is built for long‑term reliability in high‑volume environments. Field‑convertible between natural gas and propane, it offers flexibility for virtually any commercial kitchen setup.
