A 31,000 BTU U-shaped oven burner provides uniform heat across the entire oven chamber.
The unit features a fully MIG-welded steel frame, stainless-steel front and back-riser, and 6″ adjustable legs for stability.
Removable 12″ × 12″ cast-iron grates, a crumb tray with rounded edges, and two oven racks simplify maintenance and use.
The oven fits full-size sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side, and a thermostat from 250 °F to 550 °F ensures baking accuracy.
