The Hurakan HKN‑CBG36H Gas Countertop Charbroiler is a heavy‑duty, high‑capacity unit designed for demanding commercial kitchens. Equipped with three U‑shaped cast‑iron burners delivering a total of 90,000 BTU/hr, it provides consistent heat across a deeper front‑to‑back cooking surface for increased production.
Manual controls allow precise temperature adjustment, while reversible cast‑iron grates and a larger front oil collector simplify operation and cleanup during extended cooking cycles. Constructed with a stainless steel front, galvanized sides and back, a reinforced heavy‑duty chassis, adjustable stainless steel legs, and chrome‑coated zinc alloy knobs, the CBG36H is built for continuous commercial use.
Field‑convertible between natural gas and propane, this charbroiler offers flexibility for grill stations, delis, restaurants, and other high‑volume food‑service environments.
