The Hurakan HKN-PSXGL24TA is a 24-inch thermostatic gas griddle engineered for professional kitchens requiring consistent heat and precise temperature control.
Each of the two U-shaped burners delivers 30,000 BTU/hr (total 60,000 BTU/hr), ensuring even heat distribution across the ¾" thick mild-steel plate.
The thermostatic control system maintains exact temperatures between 250°F and 450°F, offering chefs superior consistency when preparing meats, pancakes, eggs, or vegetables.
A standby pilot allows for quick ignition, and the front oil collector simplifies cleanup during long shifts.
Constructed from stainless steel on the front and sides, this griddle is built for heavy-duty use, while adjustable stainless steel legs provide extra stability.
The field-convertible gas connection supports both natural gas and propane, making it a flexible addition to any commercial setup.
