The Hurakan HKN‑PSXGL24H is a powerful heavy‑duty gas griddle built for high‑volume professional kitchens that demand performance, durability, and reliability. Equipped with two U‑shaped cast‑iron burners delivering 30,000 BTU each (60,000 BTU total), this griddle ensures even heat distribution across its ¾″ thick mild‑steel plate and expanded front‑to‑back cooking surface.
The manual control knobs, one per 12 inches, allow chefs to fine‑tune temperatures between 250°F and 450°F, ideal for pancakes, meats, eggs, and vegetables. A standby pilot provides quick ignition, while the larger front‑mounted oil collector supports extended cooking cycles.
Built with stainless steel front and sides, a deeper heavy‑duty chassis, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a Maxitrol gas regulator, the PSXGL24H is engineered for long shifts and continuous commercial use. The field‑convertible gas connection allows switching between natural gas and propane, making it adaptable to any professional kitchen setup.
